With only 1.0540 hectares in production (cadastral number AX0084), Cuvée Camille comes from an old plot on the Côte du Py (with south-west exposure, in shallow soil). The grapes go through the same meticulous stages as their Morgon, except that the fermentation will be longer and done 100% in truncated wooden vats. This cuvée was born when Camille Lapierre (Marcel’s daughter) returned to the estate, but it is also a nod to her grandfather Camille (Marcel’s father).
