Maloof Wines is a husband-and-wife winery team based in Forest Grove,  Oregon. Originally based in Philadelphia, Bee and Ross Maloof moved to Oregon in 2017. Previously employed as a sommelier, Ross was first introduced to winemaking in 2015 when he worked the harvest at Day Wines in Dundee. The following year he decided to come back with his then-fiancée Bee Selman, a materials engineer. Today the couple bottle a small amount of wines produced naturally.

Made from 100% Gewurztraminer from No Clos Radio Vineyard in Tualatin Hills AVA, this wine was fermented on the skins for 16 days (until dry) and aged in 500L neutral oak puncheons.
