{{ selectedPlan.description }}
Sparkling wines designated Crémant ("creamy") were originally named because their lower CO2 pressures were thought to give them a creamy rather than fizzy texture. They are made using the same method employed in Champagne (Methode Traditionnelle) and have equal CO2 pressure. All Crémant wines must follow certain rules: manual harvesting of grapes, whole bunch pressing with limited must extraction, and a minimum 9 months lees ageing.
Produced by Cave de Lugny, this delightful sparkling wine is made from a blend of Gamay, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.
