This small Okanagan winery was created by Jordan Kubek and Tyler Knight, who previously worked at Okanagan Crush Pad. Releasing their first vintage in 2017, the couple produce wines with very little intervention or added sulphur. Made from grapes harvested from Canyonview Vineyard in Summerland, this Pinot Noir has excellent structure and cherry rose notes. A wine that you’ll want to decant, it will surely mature nicely for years to come.
