Jean Boucabeille’s estate is located on the slopes of the Forca Real hill, west of Perpignan. There are 11 hectares of vineyards laid out on terraces. Everything is grown organically certified. The vines are worked and harvested by hand, and fermentations done with ambient yeasts.

This is how the winemaker describes the Les Terrasses – “The name of this wine evokes the traditional culture of the mountain vineyard on terraces. The wine is a direct expression of the terrain. Bottled soon after the harvest, it is fruity, spicy and slightly tannic.”
