The Arpaia Toscana Rosso is Simonetta Valiani’s most youthful wine. Made from 100% hand-harvested Sangiovese Grosso, it was spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Firetruck red in appearance, the nose has charming aromas of ripe bing cherry, sundried tomato, sweet balsamic and fresh oregano. Fine tannins and tart acidity anchor juicy red fruit flavors on the medium bodied palate. A wine that offers immediate enjoyment!
