Found amongst the rugged charm of San Baltazar Guelavila in Oaxaca, you will find Koch el Mezcal. By perfecting the methods of generations passed down before, they have been able to streamline the production of unique artisanal mezcal. Hand crafted by the talented Don Cosme and Cirilo Hernandez, the result is a spirit of the highest quality with a focus on ecologically friendly techniques. By enabling 100% traditional distillation methods, the finished product is an homage to their forefathers. Along with the use of sustainable farming practises, Koch el Mezcal is able to harvest wild agave while keeping land preservation in their clear vision.

Bright and clear in appearance, this mezcal has broad and herbaceous notes of gingko nuts, grilled meat, charred rosemary, lemon pith, papaya and oregano.
