Jonathan Maltus began his career in 1994 with a small estate – Château Teyssier. From there he went on to acquire additional vineyards, and today has 50 hectares under vine. Part of the garagiste movement, he introduced Le Dôme in 1996. This Cabernet Franc has frequently been highly rated by writers such as Robert Parker.
Made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, the Chateau Teyssier ‘Pezat’ Blanc is light and refreshing. Pale silver yellow in the glass, it shows zesty notes of citrus fruits, white peaches and orange blossoms.
