Produced by Utah’s High West Distillery, the American Prairie Bourbon is a proprietary blend of 3 whiskeys: a 2-year bourbon from MGP/LDI (with a mashbill of 75% corn, 20% rye, and 5% barley malt), a 6-year Kentucky bourbon, and a 13-year Kentucky bourbon. In the glass it is rugged and spicy, with notes of caramel, peanut brittle, chocolate orange and vanilla. American Prairie Bourbon is named after a 5,000 square mile wildlife reserve in northeastern Montana. the distillery donates 10% of post tax profits from this whiskey to the project.
