Description
The François le Saint Sancerre ‘Silex’ is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested from 25 years old organic and biodynamic farmed vines in the Loire Valley. The grapes are de-stemmed and taken to the pneumatic press delicately in order to avoid damaging the fruit. The wine is naturally vinified using indigenous yeasts. This is a classic example of Sancerre with lean minerality and refined citrus flavours.
