In the glass the Fiore Nero Chianti is garnet red in color with medium intensity. On the nose youthful aromas of fleshy cherry and red apple skin are complemented by notes of sweet tomato, oregano and fresh ground espresso bean. The palate is medium bodied with tart cherry and pomegranate flavors, bright acidity and light tannins. The finish is invigoratingly fresh and lightly bitter.
