Winemaker Evan Frazier is an up and coming entity in the California wine biz. Not only is he the name behind Ferdinand Wines, but he’s also the General Manager and Assistant Winemaker for Kongsgaard Wines. Anybody who recognizes the name Kongsgaard will know that their wines are extremely sought after and hard to get. Ferdinand Wines are actually made in the cellars of Kongsgaard.

This white wine is made from 100% Garnacha Blanca from Vista Luna Vineyard in Lodi AVA. Farmed by Markus Bokisch, is from the same block as Ferdinand Albarino. Ageing was done in neutral oak barrels for 12 months. 

In the glass the Ferdinand Garnacha Blanca combines streamlined tropical fruit flavours with saline and creamy textures. Concentrated and ripe, it finishes with a nice herbal quality.
