Edoardo Miroglio, and Italian who started in textile manufacturing, was fascinated by the thought of making wine in Bulgaria. He set out to find a place similar to France’s great winemaking region of Burgundy. He found it in the small region of Elonovo, in Bulgaria’s Eastern Thracian Valley. The area is unique in a that it is equally suited to both red and white varieties. The winery was officially founded in 2002. Enlisting a talented team of Italian and Bulgarian oenologists, he would go on to plant 220 hectares of vineyards of French and Bulgarian grape varieties.

This distinct white wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Medium bodied with zesty acidity, it has creamy notes of green apples and white strawberry's.
