Moscato di Canelli is used for the base wines, considered the best for high quality vermouths. Drapò Vermouth Rosso is fresh and lively. There is an intense red berry fruit, along with a spritz of orange oil on the nose. On the palate, the raspberry and strawberry notes dominate, melding nicely with lingering notes of tea leaf, some cloves, and a light bitterness that gives the wine some backbone. A delightful vermouth with a surprising depth.
