In the glass the Vignaioli Contrà Soarda Vespaiolo is pale straw yellow in appearance with silvery inflections. A wine of limpid purity, on the nose you find neatly composed aromas of buddha’s hand lemon, granny smith apple, canned peach, honeysuckle, and orange blossom. On the light bodied palate there’s pronounced acidity and salty minerality. Flavors of pomelo, grapefruit, and bitter orange standout. The finish is bone dry and has excellent length.
