“Twenty-five years ago, Claire Naudin returned to her family vineyard after obtaining degrees in Oenology and Agronomy. Her father Henri ran a successful estate, but her leadership and sensitivity have coaxed mythical wines from their unsung and grandiose vineyards alike. Her husband Jean-Yves Bizot is equivalently renowned, their wines each carrying a signature reverence and serenity. Can you imagine a more compelling dinner table? 

This wine comes from Claire’s youngest Aligoté vines. The grapes are destemmed and pressed into stainless steel for fermentation and malolactic conversion. After ten months on lees the wine is racked and bottled. They’ve captured a little CO2 resultingly in a modestly prickly wine” – Juice Imports
