Situated in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Château Maucoil is a historic estate that was built in 1624. Once owned by the Joseph de La Pise, the Lord of Maucoil, it has been owned by the Arnaud family since 1995. In 2009, management of the winery passed to Bénédicte, the youngest daughter of the Arnaud family, along with her husband Charles Bonnet. In 2013, they merged with the Lavau family and today they run the estate together.

Made from predominantly Grenache, this cuvee is made from the estates oldest vines.
