Description
The Pinson family have been tending vines in Chablis since 1640. So much a part of the regions history, there is actually a Rue Pinson in the town of Chablis itself. For most of the last century the winery was in the hands of Louis Pinson, who produced beautiful and traditionally made wines. Today his great-grand daughter Charlène, along with her father Laurent and uncle Christophe, manage the winery. In addition to Chablis AOC holdings, they own prized plots of Premier and Grand Cru vines.
The Pinson’s own almost 5 hectares of Premier Cru Mont-de-Milieu vines and as such this cuvee is considered their bellwether wine.
