Made by Vouvray winemaker Didier Champalou, this Chenin Blanc is made from grapes hand harvested from 35 year old vines planted to clay limestone soils. Fermented using indigenous yeasts, in the glass it shows delicate aromas of green apples, quince, and orange blossoms.
