Located in the village of Barolo, this Piedmontese domaine owns a total of 12 hectares of vineyards, 10 of which are exclusively designated for the production of Barolo. 

The Cascina Adelaide is made from Nebbiolo grapes harvested in the area of Barolo. Ageing was for 12 to 24 months in large oak barrels.
