Produced by the Bosca family for 7 generations, Cardamaro is a digestif based on Moscato wine flavoured with botanicals. Cardoon, a thistle like plant also known as ‘artichoke thistle’ , gives this amaro its distinct character and name. A delicious tipple reminiscent of sweet vermouth, oloroso sherry, and madeira.
