Señorio de Astobiza is a small, family-owned and operated winery in the Txakoli de Alava D.O. of Spain. Named after a portion of the mountains nearby, Astobiza is a young bodega with old family history in winemaking (thus the Señorio in the name).

“Fresh, delicate aromas, complex and intense with citrus, apple, floral and herbal notes. On the palate, fresh with nice grape notes, very expressive, with a good balance of acidity and bitterness. Elegant notes of green lemon, orange and grapefruit, accompanied by a good complexity of botanicals in balance. The aftertaste is long and fragrant with citrus and a pleasing long bitterness. “
