Pale, medium ruby in appearance, on the nose this Pinot Noir has aromas of lush cherry, tomato leaf, amaro and fennel. On the medium bodied palate there are subtle tannins and soft acidity. Flavors of cherry, black tea, greenhouse and forest floor stand out. A great pairing for Roasted Chicken with Herbs de Provence, and Salmon with Anchovy Garlic Butter.
