The estate has been run by four successive generations and produces seven appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru Montmains, Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons, Chablis Premier Cru Mont de Milieu, Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir, and Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos.
