Aviation was co-founded in 2006 by Christian Krogstad and Ryan Magarian, who wanted to create an American-made dry gin that was lighter in juniper notes with a more notable fresh citrus quality. Every bottle of Aviation Gin is produced in small 100-case batches at the House Spirits Distillery in Portland.
