  1. About the Vine Arts Websites
    The Vine Arts Websites allow customers and website visitors to learn about Vine Arts, access educational information, shop for products sold by Vine Arts, and sign up for promotional offers, tastings, subscriptions, newsletters (the “Services“). With respect to shopping, the Vine Arts Websites allows customers to purchase wine, spirits and other products Vine Arts sells, facilitate the pick up or delivery of such purchased products and facilitate payment for products through a third party payment service provider.
  1. Information you Provide to Us
    We collect personal information that is necessary to establish and maintain relationships with our customers, to manage and develop our business operations, to provide customer service, and to develop, enhance, market, promote or provide products and services.

    When you shop or purchase products through the Vine Arts Websites, we may collect your name, address, phone number, contact information, email address, billing information and confirmation that you are of legal drinking age.

    We also collect payment card or banking information in order to process your purchase payments. We use third-party service providers to assist in processing payments, as discussed in more detail below, and such providers may track billing information for existing customers such as payment history.
