Join guest host Erik Mercier, one of Alberta’s top natural wine experts, to explore the process of crafting natural wine from vineyard to bottle. This tasting will look at a number of aspects of making a world class natural wine, from work in the vineyard to techniques in the cellar and more. The tasting will include a wonderful range of top quality natural wines from some of the best producers in the world.
The tasting will include a selection of cheese and charcuterie from our friends at Peasant Cheese. Due to the high demand and limited space for our tastings, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest if you’re unable to join us, but we do not offer refunds for our tastings.
