Natural Wine
Natural wines have taken the world by storm in recent years, and we have one of the best selections of natural wines in Canada. These wines avoid the additives found in many mass-produced wines and are made with minimal intervention in the winery. The grapes are sourced from vineyards that are sourced sustainably, oragnically or biodynamically, and the wines are made as simply as possible – just grapes, yeast and possibly a little sulphur dioxide.
