Are the vintages in your product photos up to date?

While we do our best to update photos as new products come in, the vintage or age statement in a photo may not exactly match what is in stock. If you have your heart set on a specific vintage, etc., please contact us to ensure we have exactly what you are after prior to placing your order. 

What if I don’t see the bottle I’m looking for?
Do you offer a case discount on wine?
Do you offer price matching on products? 

Shipping & Deliveries

Do you ship outside of Alberta?

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the province of Alberta.

What are your shipping options outside of Calgary but within Alberta?
Do I need to be home to receive my order? 
What are your pricing and timeline for local deliveries?

Refunds & Returns

What is your refund policy? 

All items in re-saleable condition will qualify for a full refund within one month of purchase. If items for refund were shipped outside of Calgary, the cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Faulty products will be considered on a case by case basis – please contact us at info@vinearts.ca for any faulty product concerns.
