BarChef, the famous Toronto cocktail bar, is known for making deliciously, theatrically ornate cocktails. Lucky for us, we now get to drink two of their elaborate concoctions from home. We’ll be the only folks in town stocking these amazing bottled cocktails, so come get your hands on a  bottle while you can. They are each $29.95 plus tax and deposit. 

Toasted Old Fashioned 

The BarChef Toasted Old Fashioned is composed of amazing Canadian whisky, hand toasted chamomile and saffron bitters, and Ontario maple syrup. It combines the cozy, warmth of baking spice, with the heady aromatics of toasted chamomile. The spicy flavours inherent to Canadian rye whisky are balanced by the round sweetness of Canadian maple syrup. This inviting cocktail is both unique and nostalgically familiar. 

Late Harvest Vesper

BarChef’s Late Harvest Vesper combines floral, woodsy aromas and punchy, citrusy flavours, to make this ethereal take on the classic Vesper. It balances rich, voluptuous texture with a bright pop of acidity. Gin infused with spruce tip that was harvested in 2019 melds harmoniously with 2019 Late Harvest Vidal wine. These ingredients are highlighted by the addition of bay leaf and lavender bitters. Sip straight over ice or with a splash of tonic water.
