The Kir For Love
This Valentine's Day we've teamed up with our friends at Sugar Water to bring you a cocktail that is sure to fill your heart with the glee. Pink, fizzy, and absolutely scrumptious, The Kir for Love is everything you need to celebrate with your gals, your pals, or anyone else who fills you days with love.

The Kir for Love
Ingredients:
Topper - 1.5 oz of Paltrinieri Piria Rosé Lambrusco
1.5 oz Pisco (substitute gin or vodka if you’d prefer)
0.75 oz of Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Creme de Cassis de Dijon
0.25 oz of 1:1 Honey Syrup*
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the Lambrusco in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass or Champagne flute. Top with chilled Lambrusco. Finish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over top and then dropping it into the glass. Enjoy!
We used pisco to make our version, but feel free to get creative by substituting gin, vodka or even grappa (this wild Italian Spirit pairs amazingly with Lambrusco). The world is your oyster!
*To make the honey syrup, combine equal parts of your favourite local honey with boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Keep the syrup in a mason jar in the fridge after serving and enjoy!
